My Mission with Ramboll (From 01 July to 31 Oct 2024):

I was hired by Ramboll to undertake a critical mission to review the Digital Delivery Center within Ramboll Tech. This center, a captive Indian unit established in 2019, was created to support Ramboll’s digital ambitions. However, the need had arisen to transition this center towards a more agile, business-aligned, and scalable version 2.0. The primary objective was to conduct a comprehensive review of the center’s operating model to ensure it could meet the growing demands of the business.

As the project progressed, the mission quickly expanded beyond the initial scope. The focus broadened to include an in-depth assessment of digital delivery across various markets, ensuring that Ramboll’s digital initiatives were aligned with global business objectives and capable of driving sustained growth. The goal was not only to optimize the center but also to enhance Ramboll’s overall digital capabilities across its diverse operations.
